Promoted to President of Hartwell Corporation in 2007, Mr. Scott has been with the company for over 20 years and has played an integral part in developing Hartwell’s and later McKechnie’s growth strategies and extensive support capabilities.  Mr. Scott originally joined Hartwell as a Sales Engineer in 1986, and was subsequently promoted to the position of North American Sales Manager and then in 2003 promoted again to the position of Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Hartwell and later that year assumed the additional responsibility as V.P. of Sales & Marketing for the McKechnie Aerospace Structures Group.  Prior to Hartwell, Mr. Scott spent a total of seven years at Shur-Lok Corporation where he held positions as Sales Engineer and District Sales Manager.  For UOP Aerospace, he was a Regional Sales Manager with responsibility for the Northwest and Western U.S. territories, as well as Mexico.  At Planetics Engineering, Mr. Scott held the position of Product Sales Manager for the U.S.

Mr. Scott attended Fullerton College in Southern California and Bellevue College in Seattle, Washington studying Business Management.
