As Chief Executive Officer of McKechnie Aerospace, Mr. Jesrai oversees the strategy, operation and integration of all McKechnie Aerospace companies. Mr. Jesrai was instrumental in developing and refining the strategies and management philosophy that allows each of the 10 companies to leverage off the strengths of the others while maintaining operational autonomy. Since taking the helm, McKechnie Aerospace has gained significant market share, delivered exceptional financial results and become an acknowledged leader in selected markets. Mr. Jesrai joined McKechnie Aerospace in September 1999, and prior to his promotion to Chief Executive was President of the Structures Group. Prior to that, Mr. Jesrai was the Vice President and General Manager for the Tedeco Division of Aeroquip-Vickers.  During his tenure as Vice President and General Manager Mr. Jesrai significantly improved both sales and profits of the company through the use of Lean principles and new business development through new products and markets. Mr. Jesrai’s distinguished career also has included twelve years with Honeywell International (formerly Allied Signal), where he rose through the ranks in a variety of leadership positions in Engineering, Operations, Marketing and Finance. In his last position as Director of Financial Operations, he led the centralized Financial Services’ center in Tempe, Arizona. Tariq graduated with honors in Mechanical Engineering from Kingston Polytechnic. While working at Allied Signal Mr. Jesrai earned his MBA from Arizona State University. Additionally Mr. Jesrai completed executive management programs at Stanford University, Thunderbird School of International Management and Northwestern University. In 2007, Mr. Jesrai was selected for the AIA Board of Govenors. Other accomplishments include US patent and inventor awards.
